more ssh attacks caused by botnet

the ssh attacks on my servers have been increas­ing recently…probably caused by a botnet of com­prom­ised servers. see this article on el reg.

still running deny hosts and keeping an eye on the logs. there are other sug­ges­tions in the com­ments of the article linked to above.
