venturing into film

just bought a ‘white slim angel’ ultra wide angle 35mm film camera for £29.99. it’s a replica of an (in)famous vivitar ultra wide & slim. it’s got a 22mm lens (aper­ture f/11 and shutter speed 1/125th sec) and…well nothing else really. bit more detail here. this’ll be my first venture into film pho­to­graphy for many, many years. everything is manual (except the focus which you can’t change anyway!). have to say i’m approach­ing the project with a certain amount of trepidation…and bought 10 x rolls of kodak colour iso200 film on impulse (they were a bargain though!). whether it’ll be any good remains to be seen but i can’t wait. images to follow…
